2020 PRE-SEASON RESERVATIONS
As specified in the April 3 press release of the Ministry of Forests, Wildlife and Parks, the opening date of the 2020 season will be as previously scheduled. We are therefore preparing to be able to offer all our services for the opening of the season. When we have additional information, an update will be posted on our Facebook page as well as on our website.
If you still have a balance to pay for your 2020 pre-season reservations (for the limited access sectors, campsites or nature tents), we will withdraw the amount on May 25.
Since the situation is constantly evolving in connection with the measures surrounding the COVID-19 crisis, we advise you not to cancel your reservations for the moment.
In addition, as a result of the situation, we have relaxed our cancellation and refund policy. At the latest, five (5) days before the date of your reservation, if the circumstances make it impossible for you to come for a reason related to government COVID-19 measures, you must contact us to cancel your reservation and get a 100% refund.
However, our regular cancellation and refund policy remains in effect if you cancel without having a reason associated with COVID-19.
